Do you feel stuck? In the same old grind? Year after year? No movement. Just the same gray days? Day after day? Month after month? Until you are old enough to be able to look back five years and realize nothing has happened.

Yeah, it happened to me. I was just as stuck as that.

Then, stuff started moving my way through the vibrations of spirit. I didn’t know what it was at the time; it was just these books and ideas. Sometimes it was a person. Most of the time, it was when somebody said something about spirit. I didn’t know what spirit was.

Maybe I still don’t.

But I’m not afraid to say it anymore. I am no longer afraid of the side-long glances from the people I am talking to. I talk about spirit all the time now.

I had taken a road of discipline, which sometimes felt like torture. I was trying to force the square peg of myself into a round hole, but it just wasn’t working the way I thought it should.

Get a job. Help to pay the rent. Fix dinner. Go to work. No joy. No joy in any of it. I was very sad. I didn’t know I was depressed.

It took me years to find a way out of the depression. I can’t tell you any one thing that helped me because…
