Hi. My name is Pauline Evanosky. I am retired from office work. I was in administration for pretty much all my working life. I was a bookkeeper and I still type like the wind. This time around, though, I am a writer. I am also a channel. If you don't know what a channel does I can tell you what I do. I talk to dead people. I suppose you could call me a spiritual life coach. I don't have the credentials for it, but sometimes I am able to help people. I have had a website at Talking To Spirit since 2001. What I would really like to do is to write for a living. This year I hope to do that. I've got several books up my sleeves all in different stages of development. At this point, it is just putting one foot in front of the other.

I am also an Army Brat. For those people connected to the military, you will know what I mean. We grew up resourceful and able to adapt easily to new situations. What would you do if you went to 13 different schools in 12 years?

Here at Medium, I have been concentrating on short pieces. Sometimes they are my observations of life. Sometimes these pieces are channeled information from my spirit guide Seth. Sometimes they are tips on experimenting with the woo-woo side of life. I believe everybody has it in them to be more involved with their spiritual lives. I don't say one belief is better than another. As far as I am concerned if it is your desire to be a better person then I am for it.

I have met many nice people here at Medium. I've only been a member since Thanksgiving of 2021. At the point of this writing that is almost 3 months. In that time I have made 79¢. Although I have every expectation that with time that will improve. What I have done is amp up my writing to a pace that impresses me. It takes 3 months to make a habit and I'm hoping that this daily writing will take me far.

I live happily with my husband of 46 years, Dennis in Oakland, California. We have 4 cats: Molly, Millie, Stanley, and Daisy Mae, and our little blue parakeet we call variously Birdie or Blue Guy. Dennis is a newspaper person and a writer. He's been working on a historical novel set in the 1200s. He is also developing a new job with his friend at The Alameda Post.
