What Life Is Like Inside My Head

The author is surprised at what she is seeing in her crystal ball.

First of all, I am a psychic channel. If I just say I’m a channel, people might think of the Panama Canal or something to do with waterways. So, I’m a psychic channel. Which I feel is inadequate to describe what happened to me when I was 35 years old.

I started hearing voices. It didn’t just happen. I wanted to make it happen. It took me at least five years after I made many concerted efforts to finally get to the point where I met my Spirit Guide. This is where the woo-woo part of my life really took off. Now, almost 33 years later, I’m pretty comfortable with the whole arrangement. So, no, I don’t need medical help.

I’m looking at the last 20 or so productive years of my life right now. I suppose lots of people come to this point in their life. It’s a long time after you go through the phase of, “I’m going to live forever.” Which, I think, can last from when you are a kid to well into middle age. It’s when your muscles start turning to mush without you realizing that it’s even happening. It’s when you become convinced that you can gain weight just by looking at a cupcake without actually eating it.
