Just a quick note. Folk with diabetes might be interested in this one. I’m supposed to take 4–500 mg Metformin every day. They gave me a special formula that I can take all at once with or without food. I’d been forgetting to take the other 2 pills later in the day. Now I can take them all at once. I now take insulin too. A tiny bit when I wake up and more when I go to bed.
