Start With a Deep Breath

The solution to minor problems sometimes is as simple as a deep breath.

I know it is difficult to start a new habit. It’s like being on a diet. The more you deprive yourself the sorrier you are going to feel. Instead of taking away start new stuff. Introduce a carrot for a mid-afternoon snack and feel righteous once you eat it. Applaud, encourage, and celebrate the fact that you ate a carrot.
