Memories of Norway

When I was a schoolgirl I lived in Oslo, Norway with my family. My dad was stationed there in the US Army and for three years Norway was our home. Out of all the places I have lived I think I treasure that place more than any other. I remember as a child the Norwegians were all kind and loving. Yes, that was the word: loving. In other places people were kind, but nowhere was that kindness elevated to what I felt as a child in Norway.
