Who Cares?

I can’t tell you how many people through my life loved to say, “That’s not fair”. My mother would say it. My father had a pet peeve with active-duty military folks making extra money with their side jobs. He was a stickler for rules. If you weren’t doing it his way, then you weren’t doing it right. I had to really bite my tongue as I got older and wanted to say to him, “Who died and made you king?”
